SHIPPING INFO

0nigiri.co currently only ships domestically, within Singapore.

1. Local Tracked Delivery (Flat fee: $3.50)
Estimated Delivery: 2 - 3 working days
*Tracking number provided.
*Please ensure that all the information you provide during checkout is accurate before sending in your order. Any inaccurate information resulting in failure of delivery will require an additional $3.50 for re-delivery.

2. Self-collection @ 3015 Bedok North Street 5 - Pickup/Drop-off Lobby (Strictly for camera purchases only)
To ensure that all our cameras are in working order when you receive it and prevent damage during transit, camera purchases are only available for self-collection so we can test it on the spot. We will drop you an email within 24 hours upon your order to arrange a time and date for self-collection.

Timings available:
Mon-Fri: 11am - 1pm, 2.30pm - 4pm Sat: 11am - 1pm

*Please do not select this option if you are not purchasing a camera.

 

SHIPPING SPEEDS

We typically take 2-3 business days to process your orders. Yours orders will then be packed and sent out. Local tracked postage typically takes up to 3 working days. If you do not receive your order after 10 working days, please contact us at shop0nigiri.co@gmail.com.

Do note that backorder items will take an additional 14 working days and custom orders typically take 18 working days to reach Singapore upon confirmation of order.


CANCELLATIONS / RETURNS

All purchases made on 0nigiri.co are final and not eligible for return or exchange.

If an item is faulty or damaged upon receiving it, 0nigiri.co will provide an exchange when notified within 48 hours. The exchange is only eligible for items that are unused and still in original packaging.

Please notify us immediately if you have received a faulty item!
